The cocktail recipe e-book is packed with excellent recipes so you can whip up a range of delicious cocktails. This handy e-book will guide you to prepare the perfect cocktails, and the Homebuddy cocktail ice maker will help you make the perfect ice balls.
The ice you use makes all the difference in a cocktail, fruity drink, smoothie, or glass of bourbon! This handy guide will explain how to make clear ice balls with your round ice cube maker.
Even though it takes a bit of time, using your ice shaper is easy! Simply follow this guide, and you'll soon know how to make ice balls:
The warmer the water, the better your results will be.
The water level should rise above the mold holes. If not, add some more water.
Leave for 24 to 30 hours before removing it from the freezer.
Pull the mold up by gently pulling on each side as you hold both sides of the mold and raise it out of the insulated shell.
Break off the nubs on the top and bottom of each ice ball.
Serve with your favorite drink, or store up to 6 balls in your freezer to use later.
Allow the ice balls to 'temper' for around 2 to 3 minutes outside the freezer at room temperature before pouring liquid over them. This will prevent the ice balls from cracking. Even with the best clear ice maker, there’s a slight risk of that.
